2. Product Information

CircuitSoko makes every effort to display product colors and features as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and product manufacturing variations.

All specifications and features are subject to change without notice as part of our product improvement process.

3. Order Processing

All orders are subject to product availability. Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase.

Typical processing time is 1-3 business days before shipment. During peak seasons, processing may take longer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

CircuitSoko is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For defective products, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt for replacement options.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CircuitSoko's website, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs, is our property or the property of our licensors and protected by international copyright laws.

Unauthorized use of any CircuitSoko trademarks, product names, or copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.
