Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently offer Standard Shipping to all destinations. Estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic : 3-5 business days
- International: 10-20 business days (varies by destination)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier performance and customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Destination country
All shipping costs are clearly displayed before order confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may track your package through our website or the carrier's tracking system.
International Shipping Notes
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Provide complete and accurate shipping address (including phone number for customs clearance)
- We cannot modify shipping addresses after order processing begins
Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal by recipient, or failure to pay customs fees will result in:
- Refund of product cost only (shipping fees non-refundable)
- Additional shipping fees if you request reshipment
Damaged or Lost Packages
Contact us immediately if:
- Your package arrives damaged
- Tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it
- Package hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping date
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Some countries may have restrictions on wireless headphones - please check your local regulations before ordering.
